Terms & Conditions

  1. This is a legally binding contract between The SEO Room and you, our client, and it will be used in reference in all our business interactions.
  2. ou have read the terms and conditions of The SEO you agree to adhere to them in all your business interactions with the Site.
  3. Therefore, you will be solely responsible for a breach of any of the terms and conditions stated this Privacy Policy.
  4. Both parties agree that in case of any dispute arising from use of the Site, the parties agree that they shall not disclose anything whatsoever pertaining to the dispute to any other person or third party other than as required by law.
  5. Both parties agree that this document is legally binding. In case of breach of the terms set herein, arbitration will be the primary dispute resolution mechanism to be used. A court suit will ONLY be instituted where every other alternative dispute resolution mechanisms will have failed.
  6. The Parties agree to do everything in their ability to ensure that the terms of this Privacy Policy are adhered to and successfully fulfilled.
  7. The Client agrees to keep all the information received from The SEO Room confidential and shall not disclose anything whatsoever received to any other person or third party other than as required by law.
  8. This Agreement contains all the terms and conditions agreed upon by the parties, and no other understandings or agreements, oral or otherwise, exist regarding the subject matter herein.
